  • E-books, PDF notes, and downloadable content
  • Gamified learning rewards and premium memberships (“Study” points)

Due to the digital nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Once a payment is successfully made and the digital product or course access is delivered to your account, no refunds will be issued.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds after purchase, even if you change your mind or do not use the product.
  • Refunds will not be provided for partial usage, dissatisfaction with content, or inability to complete the course.

3. Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)
