How to Use This Tool

  1. Choose Your Workspace Mode:
    • Sketch Mode: Click the Sketch button to activate the drawing tools. Your cursor will turn into a circular brush size indicator.
    • Arrange Mode: Click the Arrange button to move, rotate, or resize images and text boxes you’ve added.
  2. Sketching & Drawing:
    • Pencil/Charcoal: These tools are locked to graphite gray and black for a realistic sketching feel.
    • Brush/Pen: These tools follow your selection in the Color Palette. Use the “Brush Type” dropdown to switch between textures like Watercolor or Oil.
    • Size Slider: Adjust the thickness of your strokes. For the Pencil, this acts like lead hardness (e.g., 2HB).
  3. Working with Objects:
    • Images: Upload any image to use as a reference. In Arrange mode, you can change its Tracing Opacity to sketch over it more easily.
    • Text: Type into the text area and click Add to Canvas. It supports multiple languages and can be transformed just like an image.
    • Transforming: In Arrange mode, select an object to see blue handles. Use the bottom handle to resize and the top handle to rotate.
  4. Managing and Exporting:
    • Clear All Canvas: Use the trash icon at the bottom of the sidebar to wipe everything and start over.
    • Export A4 PDF: When finished, click this to generate a professional, high-resolution PDF with a clean white background, perfect for printing or sharing.
